Located on the corner of Caerleon Road and Station Road. In front of the stores are a Ponthir Community Council (PCC) black-framed notice board, and a PCC bench. A similar bench http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1768487 is located at the Ponthir/Llanfrechfa boundary.
