On the left: " Public Notice. Please be aware that the permissive access to Cowdray Forest and the adjoining car park is withdrawn from the public for the period 1st February - 28th February". On the right: exactly the same thing for dates 1st March - 31st March. The small print gives the reason as forestry operations.
