Burglary

Here’s an update on our work to tackle burglary, which was a local priority from April to September 2025:
• As part of an initiative to help prevention burglary, we’ve issued 39 doorbell cameras and 12 solar lights to local residents.
• Our PCSOs have visited every burglary victim to provide reassurance and offer crime prevention advice.

Drug Dealing & Drug Misuse

Here’s an update on our work to tackle drug dealing and misuse, which was a local priority from April to September 2025:
• Seven cannabis factories have been located and are currently under investigation.
• Fifteen people have been arrested in connection with drugs offences following information received from the public, and officers also carried out a number of stop searched on people suspected of drug related offences.
• Officers have carried out regular checks at the addresses of those identified as being vulnerable to being exploited by drug dealers (known as cuckooing).

Road Safety & Road Traffic Offences

Here’s an update on our work to deal with road safety and traffic offences, which were a local priority from April to September 2025:
• We continue to run Operation Pacify which is our initiative focusing on tackling the anti-social riding of motorcycles, and during the past six months, three bikes have been seized.
• Officers issued seven postal charges for road traffic offences, carried out speed enforcement in Oakley Vale and Great Oakey, as well as regular patrols around schools in relation to parking issues.

Here's an update on our work to tackle local priorities from April to June 2026:

ASB motorcycle nuisance
· Operation Pacify has been incorporated into Operation Tides, which is dedicated to tackling the illegal use of e-bikes and e-scooters in Corby.
· 26 incidents of anti-social motorcycle nuisance have been responded to.
· We have completed numerous hours of dedicated patrols in key target areas across Corby.

Road safety and road traffic offences
· 13 school talks have been completed across Corby with seven of these at secondary schools as part of Operation Tides. In addition to this, school parking patrols continue to be carried out.
· Two people have been arrested for disqualified driving on e-scooters, and 80 e-scooters/e-bikes have been seized.
· 67 people have been reported for summons relating to road traffic offences

Drug dealing and drug misuse
· The Corby neighbourhood policing team have executed 12 warrants following information submitted by the community.
· Officers have used stop and search powers on 22 occasions relating to drug possession across Corby. Additionally, four arrests have been made for drug related offences.
· We have secured two out of court resolutions relating to drug possession, and multiple drug supply cases remain open for further investigation.
· We have carried out regular checks at the addresses of those identified as being vulnerable to being exploited by drug dealers (cuckooing). ​
· We continue to work with North Northamptonshire Council and housing provider partners on identified addressed linked to drug misuse. We have executed one closure order in relation to this.

• The team carried out regular checks at the addresses of those identified as being vulnerable to exploitation by drug dealers (known as cuckooing).

• Working alongside our council and education partners across the area, we’ve also continued patrols outside local schools in response to parking issues.
• 41 people have been reported for summons relating to road traffic offences.
• 23 people have been arrested and charged with drink or drug drive impairment offences.
• 12 people have been charged and disqualified from driving.
• Multiple investigations have been opened and remain active.
