The boarding around the £2.2M library was removed this week. Built with a Big Lottery Fund contribution of £1.5M it will replace the existing 1950s building and act as a home for the Wednesfield Community Association and the Wednesfield and Fallings Park Neighbourhood Partnership. The striking features on this side of the building are the timber feature cladding and the quirky windows. When it opens in May it will be interesting to see how well the windows work with the interior of the library.
