Railway arches over Fidlas Rd, Cardiff

Originally there was only the left-hand arch, when Fidlas Rd was hardly more than a country lane. The right-hand arch was constructed when the road was widened. It gives a little more headroom than the original arch, 16ft 3in compared with 15ft 9in.
