Malvern Wells (Hanley Road) Station; view NW towards Great Malvern, with the Malvern Hills beyond. This station closed only a year later (3/12/52), when the ex-Midland branch Ashchurch - Tewkesbury - Great Malvern branch was closed beyond Upton-on-Severn; the rest survived until 14/8/61.
