This complex in Portadown has a 33-metre pool with diving boards and children’s/learner pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna. It also has a modern fitness suite, BODYZONE, where you can enjoy a workout on a selection of cardiovascular and resistance machines. Organized activities in the Complex include Aerobics, Aqua fit, Life saving, Sub-Aqua, Karate and Taekwondo. For young children there is the Kidzone crèche play area.
