The Memorial is dedicated to Thomas Peel Bulcock with this inscription, Thomas Peel Bulcock who being excluded as a non-resident from the privilege of internment at Downham with Ann, his beloved mother, his father brought him to this resting place.There are inscriptions on all four faces of the stone.
