This footpath between Kenilworth and Ashow is partly below ground level, with trees on the rim having to send out large roots to maintain support. This tree's roots look like they are pouring down the banking and coupled with the old bridge carrying access to an adjacent cottage, manage to look very Tolkienesque. Had to be black & white!
