Viewed from the corner of Blackett Avenue, a Newport Bus single-decker on route 19 is at the top end of Russell Drive, about to turn right into Malpas Road on its return journey from Oliphant Circle to the central bus station. The outward route is bus station to Oliphant Circle via Malpas Road, Westfield Drive, Russell Drive, Edison Ridge and Whittle Drive.
