Looking north west across the front of the new Floral Pavilion. The curved balustraded stonework, just beyond the steps, has been retained from an earlier period, and carries the coat of arms of Wallasey. The arms were granted on September 8, 1910, which presumably means that stonework is later than 1910. The Marine Drive is on the right with Fort Perch Rock in the background.
