Tree pruning in Bury St Edmunds

A council worker is standing perilously on a branch of the tree, which overhangs a private property on the corner of Out Risbygate and Grove Road. The pavement has been closed to pedestrians and the orange sack is covering the traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing, which is also closed temporarily.
