In my opinion a female in its first winter. It is quite easy, and perhaps I have done it here, to confuse the White nominate race of the species with the sub-species that we more commonly encounter in the UK. It is only in relatively recent years that records of the 'White' variety have been readily accepted and I well remember how my early records of 'White's' were treated with scorn!
