An interesting feature of Kingston Park Metro station is the fact that the two platforms are located on opposite sides of a level-crossing. The platform for north-bound trains (shown in this picture) lies to the east of the crossing (near Tesco's super-market) while the platform for south-bound trains is located on the west side of the level-crossing. The bus in the centre of this picture marks the location of the level-crossing (see here: Image ).
