Situated on a wooded ridge above the hamlet of Storeton, the mast relays digital television signals from Winter Hill to receivers in Liverpool and north Wirral and also broadcasts local FM radio. Wirral switched over to digital TV at the beginning of December 2009. http://tx.mb21.co.uk/gallery/storeton.php
