We're in Old London Road, Badger's Mount, Kent. The bus stop reads 'Badger's Mount Post Office', but that has gone - replaced by a M.O.T. test centre, hence the large number of cars. Further note, 15 Feb 2012: The bus stop is now called 'Badger's Mount, Badger's Rise' and has now gained a bus shelter. I am indebted to Robin Webster for this information.
