Bournemouth's newest substantial building follows the example of the majority of Bournemouth University's buildings in being named after a Dorset town or village. It was completed in the autumn of 2009 and is student accommodation. Its facade is catching the Christmas Day sun, picking out the shaded side of the lamppost. We can see the site during construction here: Image
