The snow seemed to particularly affect Northern Hampshire and Berkshire on this evening. This is St. Mary's Butts, one of Reading's main shopping streets, with the few shoppers that were out enjoying an old fashioned snowy evening whilst they went about their last minute Christmas shopping. The cyclist had dutifully stopped at the traffic lights, even though there were no other vehicles about, because it was the pedestrian phase. Good on him.
