This substantial and beautifully constructed whinstone structure in Cuil Plantation was erected to celebrate the Millennium. The rectangular base is approximately 2.5mx2.5mx3m high with a 1m wide x 2.3m high archway through the centre. A conical cairn approximately 3.5m high sits on top. The archway lines through with the building at Westerhall to the southwest.
