Pedestrian walkway linking Fleet Street to New England Street and part of the recent New England Quarter development constructed on the site of the former locomotive works and goods yard. Here the path drops down to New England Street with the northern end of St Bartholomews Church on the right and the top of New England multistorey car park in the foreground. The peak of Race Hill is in the distance.
