On the corner of Chapel Road and Knight's Hill, next to some unsightly recycling bins. The inscription reads: "1861 PRESENTED BY E.H. MOSCROP AND A.W. JAFFRAY ERECTED BY THE METROPOLITAN DRINKING FOUNTAIN & CATTLE TROUGH ASSOCIATION"
