This ageing sign and fence evoke images of a secretive nuclear testing centre - but in fact it's nothing more than Craigavon's Sewage Treatment works at Ballynacor. The order is given by Eric McKinley, Chief Executive of Craigavon Borough Council in the late 1980s.
