This is where the "Cambrian" lines diverge from the Marches line. 37429 and 37430 are seen departing Shrewsbury with the 0940 Euston to Aberystwyth service. Those were the days when you could get a through train from London to the Cambrian coast without changing, albeit on Saturdays only in the 80s.
