This Elizabeth II-reign postbox has had an aperture restrictor affixed, limiting the thickness of items that can be posted – probably following a spate of vandalism or (especially at this time of year) the posting of fireworks. It is emptied finally at 5:30pm on weekdays and at 12:30pm on Saturdays.
