St Mary's?

This small church sits in the middle of the Beeston Rylands Estate from the 1930's. The History of Beeston Parish Church states that a daughter church by the name of St Mary's was built on the Rylands and opened in 1952. Its last C of E service was in 1991 and it was sold to the Elim Penticostal church. I suspect that this is St Mary's - there are no signs and no clues as to current use, though it is not abandoned.
