White Swan

The White Swan hotel in Wellesley Road, Buckhaven which was built in 1906. While excavating its foundations workmen uncovered a bronze-age cemetery of a dozen graves. The name of the hotel derives from the swan on the coat of arms of the local landowning Wemyss family.
