The country lane from Over Kiddington to Ditchley House forks here at Grim's Ditch, to either fork left towards Lodge Farm and the B4437, and right/straight as shown here to continue to Ditchley House. As shown on the sign, direct access to Charlbury through the grounds is forbidden! The main gates of the great house are not quite visible in the background here. Ditchley House itself takes its name from this very spot, 'Grim's Ditch'.
