Bench mark on the corner of Chapel Lane

This bench mark is on the corner of the former Methodist chapel facing Chester Road at the corner with Chapel Lane. The chapel was built in 1882 and gained its bench mark after 1900, when I think the nearby early milestone and bench mark were replaced by a new stone and iron plate. See Image
