Bewator make electronic access control systems. It appears that their site in Newport, seen here, is now vacant. The view is from the Pillmawr Road to Newport City Centre cycleway, approaching Glassworks Cottages and Albany Street. Update. This photo http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1760710 taken in March 2010 shows that the site is now Network Rail's Crindau Works Depot.
