A splendidly ebullient Baroque facade, with hardly an unadorned inch anywhere. By Maurice Adams, 1896-98. There are caryatids in the projecting porch, round windows, square windows and segmental windows, curvy pediments, striped brick. Grade II listed. Too many buildings like this might give one a headache, but in small doses they are a delight.
