This used to be the ground of the worst football team in Britain - recently finishing bottom of the Scottish League six times in a row. East Stirlingshire have now moved up the road to ground share with Stenhousemuir, and fortunes have improved with a play off position at the end of season 08/09. All true Manchester United fans ought to make a pilgrimage to this spot - Sir Alex first cut his managerial teeth here.
