Eastleigh Drive runs off the Upper Newtownards Road at Ballyhackamore. Most of the houses are detached or semi-detached. This terrace (originally called Carlton Gardens) was built in the early part of the 20th century. In common with the practice of that era the houses have small front gardens but very long back ones making them prone to a practice nicknamed “garden grabbing” ie selling the gardens to a developer for the building of apartments.
