The Geograph project started in 2005 with the aim of publishing, organising and preserving representative images for every square kilometre of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

The Long Marston & Puttenham Horticultural Show is held in the Village Hall, and these winning 'animals made mainly from vegetables and/or fruit' were made by local children of various ages.
