This new parade of shops is a little up against it, sited as it is within about 200 metres of a large Marks and Spencer and 350 metres of a large Sainsbury's. This explains the range of services currently on offer: an estate agents, a Chinese takeaway, an opticians, a hair salon and a Ladies Gym. You have to go a little further for your morning paper and pint of milk.
