The river flows S-N and the valley bottom appears very wooded in this photograph, Two tower blocks are prominent. In front of them, the stepped roofs belong to a car park by the railway station. The houses in the foreground are in the gridiron Guildford Park district - mainly Victorian terraced housing. Seen from Guildford Cathedral tower.
