This football pavilion, which is off Grasmere Road, was opened in June 2009 at a cost of about £1.1 million, half of which was funded by the Football Foundation. It is the new home of Rushmoor Community Football Club, a Football Association Charter Standard Football Club. Please see the Football Association webpage http://www.thefa.com/GetIntoFootball/Facilities/NewsAndFeatures/2009/Rushmoor_pavilion.aspx and the football club's own website http://www.rushmoorcommunity.com/index.htm (Note to webpage writers and signwriters - do try and check the spelling of pavilion before you commit pen to paper...!)
