A path from Throwley Road, near South Wilderton leads into the wood heading to Wilgate Green Road, near Wilgate Green Farm. Another path heads left to Wilgate Green Road, near Pidgeon Cottage, on top of a valley ridge from Parsonage Stocks Road, near Parsonage Farm.
