The new public bridleway links Arkley Lane at Saffron Green to Galley Lane (at TQ224978). View south at Saffron Green, with riders heading east. Beyond them are some of the new trees which are part of Watling Chase Community Forest, see http://enquire.hertscc.gov.uk/cms/wccf/News/saffron.htm and http://enquire.hertscc.gov.uk/cms/wccf/default.htm on Hertfordshire County Council website.
