Deaconess Hospital, Pleasance

Opened in 1894, the hospital attempted to meet the medical needs of the poor in the Pleasance. It is now used as offices by the Lothian Health Board. http://www.lhsa.lib.ed.ac.uk/histheal/hospital/deacon.html
