Moving bridge over Burwell Lode

The head of navigation for most boats on Burwell Lode is in TL5867 (see Image), but smaller craft can evidently make it up this far - one such can be seen in the boathouse on the far left of the picture. However, when I was there (in a dry February) the water level seemed to low for a boat of this size. This bridge connects a large-looking private garden to the public footpath on the other side; I imagine that land on both sides is part of the same property.
