Devonshire Royal Hospital

First built in 1789, providing a coach house and stabling for staff of the 5th Duke of Devonshire, but the dome was added in 1881 and the building was converted into a hospital. Today it is owned by Derby University. http://www.visitbuxton.co.uk/
