Line 3 of the NET tram system is due to pass along the course of a small brook, just to the right of these not quite finished apartments. Just visible, to the right of the hawthorn, is the Valley Surgery GP practice. Although there is a land take proposed from the surgery car park, it will be a very tight squeeze between these buildings.
