Looking down from Funtley Road at the side of this bridge and showing the multiple ties that have been installed apparently to stop the sides of the bridge from expanding outwards. According to wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funtley this bridge was built by George Feast who also built the railway tunnel to the south of Funtley and was the first landlord of the Miners Arms pub.
