Wheel Lane leads from Grenoside to Ecclesfield ... with the Wheel being a 'long gone' Water Wheel which supplied power to one of the many mills in the area. In the centre of the picture in the far background you can just see Keppel's Column erected many years back to commemorate Judith Keppel being the first 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' Winner ... only kidding! It was erected to commemorate Admiral Keppel.
