One of the most famous restaurants in the country, ran by tv chef Heston Blumenthal, this Michelin 3 star restaurant is known for its experimental menu. This is one of only three Michelin 3 star restaurants in the UK, another of which is also in Bray just down the road. Image Formerly a public house. Grade II listed.
