The Ingilby neo-Gothic style is displayed in these houses by the church at Ripley, a similar view to Image On the left is Castle Close http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=331595&mode=adv . But the house by the white car is earlier, one of the few buildings that predates Sir William Amcotts Ingilby's creation of the estate village.
