The mainly-derelict interior buildings of a rectangular stable block development that seems to have been associated with the Covent Garden market area of Leamington Spa, which was demolished years ago and replaced by a multi-storey car park. The front range of this complex is still occupied as offices but these rear buildings have been neglected for years.
