Linking High Street to Surrey Street and one of the older streets in the town having been in existence since medieval times. It has been known by its name since the 15th century and is the old name for the nearby River Arun. Tarrant Street was, along with High Street, one of the main commercial streets of the town though these days it serves the tourists more than the local population. The big building to the left is Sparks Yard, a former auctioneers now turned into a lifestyle shop. Taken from the junctions with Kings Arms Hill on the left and Arun Street to the right.
