There have been pigeon lofts on Cuthbert Bank for many years ... I remember them back in the 1970's ... but since Penistone Road was 'dualled' they have become much less visible and accessible. But some are still there, as seen in this view from Cuthbert Bank Road. The under construction St Paul's Tower is visible in the far distance.
