This spectacular building is a former coffee house - the words 'Coffee House' are moulded in the cartouches either side of the top floor windows. It seems in good condition although how many period features are retained inside the property is unknown. It seems a pity that several actual coffee houses have opened in recent years in Warwick but none has been able to use this building.
